PRECONSTRUCTION PROCESS
1.) CONCEPTUAL BUDGET
In this phase, we will gather as much information as possible. Drawings, napkin sketches, land information, timeframes, etc.
We will work through our pricing indexes with you to discuss a VERY conceptual budget.
SITE VISIT - IN PERSON MEETING #1
BECAUSE SITEWORK CAN BE A LARGE VARIABLE, WE WILL MEET YOU ONSITE TO DISCUSS INFRASTRUCTURE, SITE LAYOUT, UTILITIES, AND SITE PREP.
2.) BUDGET ESTIMATE
After final drawings are ready and a site visit has been completed with you, we will put together a hard budget based on your budget, our conversations, the drawings, expectations discussed, and some assumptions.
IN PERSON MEETING #2
Here, we will discuss the budget estimate and discuss reallocations, value engineering, and final budgets. This way there should be no surprises for either of us!
3.) FINAL BUDGETS
The final step before we sign contracts and get building.
With your review, we will reallocate the budgetary numbers to best fit your goals and parameters. This allows you to spend YOUR money how YOU want to. Full transparency.
CONTRACT METHODS
TURN KEY
The term "Turn Key" in this industry can be frustrating. Many Barndo builders state they offer "Turn Key" services, but that only includes the foundations and shell of the building. They exclude interiors, sitework, finishes, etc.
Our "Turn Key" package is what it should be. A complete one-stop shop. Utilities, foundations, structure, interiors, sitework, driveways, etc.
BUILDOUT
It is common in the industry for the clients to essentially hire two GCs. One to construct the structure, and the other to finish the process.
In this scenario, we commonly partner with a local Barn Builder and we finish the process.

INDIVIDUAL SCOPES
Although this is less common, this is a process that we can absolutely help out with. This scenario often occurs when a client chooses to "GC" the project themselves. This can be caused by a number of reasons. No matter the reason, we are happy to help pick up scopes of work to help bring their project to the finish line.
We can pick up partial scopes of work to help any clients finish the process.
